Magnetic Field Extrapolation in Active Region Well Comparable to Observations in Multiple Layers

چکیده
Abstract Magnetic field extrapolation is a fundamental tool to reconstruct the three-dimensional magnetic above solar photosphere. However, prevalently used force-free model might not be applicable in lower atmosphere with non-negligible plasma β , where crucial process of flux rope formation and evolution could happen. In this work, we perform active region 12158, based on recently developed magnetohydrostatic (MHS) method that takes forces into account. By comparing results those from methods, find overall properties, which are characterized by free energy helicity, roughly same. The major differences lie configuration twist number (MFR). Unlike previous works either obtained sheared arcades or one coherent rope, MHS derives two sets MFR, highly twisted slightly coupled. Specifically, result present work more comparable high-resolution observations chromosphere, through transition corona, such as filament fibrils, pre-eruptive braiding characteristics, eruptive double-J-shaped hot channel. Overall, our shows newly promising reproduce fine structures can well match at multiple layers, future data-driven simulation will benefit understanding critical precise dynamics before eruption.

Quantum-well capture and interwell transport in semiconductor active layers
The dynamics of electrons and holes in multiquantum-well semiconductor gain media involves several different transport processes, such as diffusion and drift across the barrier region, as well as capture and escape transitions between the bound and the unbound states of the quantum wells. In addition to their fundamental interest, these processes are important because of their implications for ...

High-resolution observations of the full Stokes vector in Fe i spectral lines around 5250 Å obtained at the Swedish Vacuum Solar Telescope on La Palma with the ZIMPOL I Stokes polarimeter in a complex active region reveal the presence of anomalously shaped Stokes profiles indicating the coexistence of at least two magnetic components within the same spatial resolution element. These Stokes prof...
متن کاملThe Magnetic Field in the Star-forming Region Cepheus A from H2O Maser Polarization Observations
We present linear and circular polarization observations of the H2O masers in 4 distinct regions spread over 1 × 2 arcseconds around the HW2 high-mass young stellar object in the Cepheus A star-forming region. We find magnetic fields between 100–500 mG in the central maser region, which has been argued to trace a circumstellar disk. The masers further from HW2 have field strengths between 30–10...
متن کاملDesignated magnetic field design for magnetic drug guidance in BNCT
In this paper, a local magnetic field was designed and simulated using a Helmholtz coil along with a ferromagnetic core with an appropriate geometric Structure to concentrate a magnetic flux. This field can be used for magnetic guiding of Boron-borne drugs in BNCT.
